Peter Fahar new business area manager and CEO of Weldin Gothenburg
We are pleased to announce that Peter Fahar will be the new CEO of Proton-owned Weldin Gothenburg.
Peter will also be business area manager for the Proton Structure business area, to which Weldin belongs. In his role, Peter will have strategic responsibility for the company’s development and, above all, have great operational responsibility in sales, marketing and project management. For Proton Group, the recruitment means great opportunities to grow and develop within the business area’s niche.
Peter has a broad and long-standing experience from various senior positions, mainly in the construction industry, including PEAB and Skanska. Peter will take up his role at Weldin on 17 April and will be based at the office in Storås industrial area outside Gothenburg.

David Gustafsson, CEO of Proton Group, has been acting Business Area Manager for Weldin and is now handing over the role to Peter.
