Ahmed Krayem new CEO of Cedoc and JL Safety
Cedoc and JL Safety have been appointed a new CEO. With Ahmed Krayem as the new CEO, the goal is to grow, bring the vision to life in everyday life and strengthen customer relationships through solutions that make a real difference.

Extensive experience in growth and development
With a background in IT, finance and software development, particularly in the financial sector, Ahmed has extensive experience in building and developing companies. He has held leading roles in sales, product development and delivery, including at InExchange, Aptic and most recently as Delivery and Commercial Manager at Stacc Farm. Over the years, he has been involved in driving companies from the start-up phase to growth, and with this experience, he is accustomed to taking overall responsibility and translating strategy into results.
“I have often joined companies early in their journey and been involved in growing both turnover and the organisation. I have worked with delivery and sales for a long time and understand the importance of delivering what you promise your customers,” says Ahmed.
In parallel with his professional life, Ahmed is involved in the business community in Skövde, where he is chairman and works to create growth and development in the region.
Attracted by Proton Group’s culture
When he applied for the position of CEO, it was the people he met who convinced him.
‘I didn’t know Proton Group before, but I quickly realised that this wasn’t just about values on paper. It was a combination of warmth, intelligence and drive, and a clear desire to develop. That’s quite unique,’ says Ahmed.
Matched the Groups philosophy
‘Ahmed is stepping into the role with an energy and values that match our philosophy. His background and experience are exactly what we need to develop our offering and achieve our vision. It’s really exciting to have him on board, and I’m convinced that he will make a strong impression at Cedoc, JL Safety and Proton Group,’ says David Gustafsson, CEO of Proton Group.

A shared vision and global potential
Ahmed describes his first impressions of the companies as open and hungry.
‘There is a strong desire among employees to develop – and to do so now! My mission will first and foremost be to continue building stability and a shared vision that not only looks good on LinkedIn, but that everyone can embrace and feel proud of,’ he says.
He already has a clear ambition:
‘My vision is to see Cedoc and JL Safety grow internationally. We will continuously challenge ourselves to achieve new results with varying efforts that we test in an agile manner, thereby creating real value for our customers and employees.’
Leadership with presence and clarity
As a leader, Ahmed describes himself as attentive and results-oriented.
‘I want to be where things are happening and listen actively. It’s important to be able to ask the “stupid questions”. For me, leadership is about breaking down goals into something everyone can relate to and feel responsible for,’ he says.
He also emphasises the importance of combining heart and mind: caring about people and having clear processes and structures.
Machine safety, a central social issue
Machine safety is an area he is looking forward to delving into.
‘For me, there is a clear parallel to the financial world where I previously worked: both are socially critical and important functions. Safety in the workplace is everyone’s responsibility and something I am passionate about. Everyone should come home from work,’ says Ahmed.
