Yoga became the path to inner balance
FROM PAIN RELIEF TO YOGA INSTRUCTOR

When My Pham first tried yoga, she was sceptical – could a few simple movements really relieve her back pain? But what began as a cautious exploration soon turned into a lifelong passion. Through yoga, she not only found pain relief, but also an inner balance that changed her life. Today, My sees yoga as a lifestyle and a way to inspire others to find their own harmony.
My works as a product specialist at Exaktor. Twelve years ago, My discovered yoga through a close friend, who recommended it as a treatment for her chronic back pain. Initially, she was sceptical that yoga could be a solution, but after hearing about its positive effects, she decided to give it a try – something that became a turning point in her life.
What first caught her interest was how yoga combined physical exercise with mindfulness. She soon noticed that both her body and mind became more balanced and harmonious. Each yoga session helped her release stress and find inner peace, which led her to develop a deeper love for yoga. After about ten years of yoga practice, My began exploring different styles of yoga such as hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, yin yoga and lyengar yoga. Each form of yoga gave her new perspectives and insights, and yoga became an important part of her everyday life. Over time, she shifted her focus from simply alleviating her back pain to seeing yoga as a tool for creating balance in both body and mind.
It was the positive effect that yoga had on her that inspired her to share it with others. By spreading the health benefits of yoga, she has been able to help others find the same inner peace and balance that she herself has experienced.
Her journey has taken her from Sweden to Goa in India, where she has deepened her knowledge through various yoga training courses. Being a yoga instructor has become more than a profession – it is a lifestyle, a way to continue to grow and inspire others on their yoga journeys.
